Word Counter is a free online tool that instantly counts words, characters, sentences, and paragraphs in your text. It also estimates how long it will take to read your content based on an average reading speed of 200 words per minute.

Limitations
- Maximum input size: 1,000,000 characters
- Browser requirements: Any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Sentence detection uses
.,!,?as delimiters — may not handle abbreviations (e.g., "Dr.") perfectly - Paragraph detection uses double newlines — single newlines are not treated as paragraph breaks
- Reading time is an estimate based on 200 words/minute average
