By accessing or using ZipTools (ziptools.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. ZipTools is operated by Bornara AI, a sole proprietorship based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

2. Description of Service

ZipTools provides free online utilities (text tools, image tools, converters, generators, etc.) that run entirely in your web browser. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Client-Side Processing

All ZipTools utilities process data locally in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your data (text, images, files) is not uploaded to any server. We do not have access to the content you process with our tools.

You are solely responsible for your input data and the results produced by the tools. We recommend verifying outputs for critical use cases.

4. Permitted Use

You may use ZipTools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the service beyond normal browsing
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is publicly available
• Remove or modify any copyright or attribution notices

5. Intellectual Property

The ZipTools website, design, branding, and original content are owned by Bornara AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tools themselves process your data — we claim no ownership over your input or output.

Blog articles, guides, and documentation are the original work of Bornara AI and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. No Warranties

ZipTools is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data processed in your browser

While we strive for accuracy, tools may produce incorrect results. Always verify outputs for mission-critical applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bornara AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data (which stays client-side)
• Any third-party content or services (ads, images, fonts)

8. Third-Party Services

ZipTools uses third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting, analytics), Google AdSense (advertising), Unsplash (images), and Google Fonts (typography). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Advertising

ZipTools displays advertisements via Google AdSense. Ad content is controlled by Google, not by Bornara AI. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee that ZipTools will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of ZipTools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
